Organic lactose-free products — is it trendy, healthy or — critically necessary?
We’re going to clarify this and also talk about a line of organic lactose-free products.
Lactose — is a milk sugar that can be found in dairy products. All of us know about the benefits of milk products but a lot of people feel discomfort in their digestive system after eating them, which is very often connected with lactose, or to be more specific with the intolerance towards it. Such people should choose lactose-free products or products made of plant protein. The latest contains fewer calories but has low levels of calcium, so it’s recommended to choose lactose-free products instead.
In order to remove lactose from milk, special ferments are used for its splitting, this reduces the amount of lactose in dairy products almost to zero.
