Ukrainian organic law – The list and the status of legal acts of Ukraine in the field of organic production, handling and labeling of organic products.

Order of the Ministry of Economy “Some issues of reporting in the field of organic production, circulation and labeling of organic products”

Order of the Ministry of Economy “Some issues of reporting in the field of organic production, circulation and labeling of organic products” establishes requirements for reporting by certification bodies on issued certificates and volumes of organic products put into circulation.

Order of the Mineconomy “On approval of the Requirements to the material and technical base and other infrastructure facilities required to perform the functions of certification of organic production and / or circulation of organic products”

Today, the law provides for 6 requirements for certification bodies, including the requirement for proper material and technical base and other infrastructure facilities necessary to perform the functions of certification of organic production and / or circulation of organic products.
Order of the set of requirements for certification bodies, is the presence of: adequate space, at least one workstation equipped with a personal computer and the availability of the official website.
