Chia yogurt

200 ml. (or kefir optional)
Seeds
1 teaspoon of flax seeds and 3 teaspoons of chia seeds

This yogurt is half made up of so-called superfood, and you can use your favorite organic yogurt or yogurt as a base.

Therefore:
1. Take 200 ml of organic yogurt or kefir (preferably liquid)
2. Add 1 teaspoon of flax seeds and 3 teaspoons of chia seeds (you can do without chia, then increase the flax seeds 2-3 teaspoons)
3. To taste, add frozen berries and a small amount of sugar, because thanks to the berries sugar does not require much, and vanilla.
4. Stir thoroughly and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
