Honey amaranth is a natural and healthy sweet, free of gluten, harmful additives, colorants or flavors. Only natural flower honey and amaranth germ flour.
This product was presented by Health Technologies manufacturing company under the Honey Energy trademark this year.
The company started its activities in 2016 but received an organic certificate for its products only in 2021. The technology of mixing ingredients of honey amaranth at ultra-low speeds prevents the heating of honey, thanks to this, the product remains raw, natural and retains all valuable elements. The development of the technology took five years.
The production of one batch of honey amaranth takes 312 hours, and the products are unique not only for Ukraine but also for the whole world.
According to the company, amaranth honey is a natural antihypoxant that eliminates hypoxia and improves mental activity, improves metabolism, lowers “bad” cholesterol in the blood, strengthens blood vessels and fights cardiovascular disease. Also, honey amaranth is a natural source of energy due to its high levels of omega-3, omega-6 and squalene (a hydrocarbon contained in amaranth flour).
At the international exhibition of organic and natural products Organic & Natural, which took place on December 6-8 in the UAE, the company presented a line of organic products: organic honey amaranth Happy Morning, honey amaranth Raspberry, honey amaranth Strawberry, honey amaranth Chocolate Honey, honey amaranth Hemp and honey amaranth Blueberry.
