Liqberry products that are manufactured using innovative HTD-technology are presented for the first time at the Organic & Natural exhibition, which is being held in Dubai these days.
Visitors at the exhibition have a great opportunity to try organic berry pastes and learn why they are so good for health, as numerous scientific studies confirmed.
The technology, which has no analogs in the world, is about grinding berries in an oxygen-free chamber that allows enriching the paste with nutrients from the skin and seeds, including polyphenols, anthocyanins and others. The technology developed by Academician Serhiy Osypenko allows obtaining a product that surpasses fresh berries in terms of healing properties.
Berry pastes do not contain water, sugar, preservatives or colorants. Only organic raw materials collected in Volyn are used in the production.
Liqberry products are considered to be a functional food that improves general physical health and is used to prevent various diseases and ease their treatment. The product is recommended as a strengthening compound and as an additional source of vitamins, macro- and micronutrients.
