Matcha is 100% green tea, which is ground to a fine powder. It is not fermented in production, it does not contain dyes, artificial additives or preservatives.
- Froth hot milk.
- Stir the tea powder in hot water.
- Pour milk and foam into a tall glass, topping up with green tea so that a bright green spot appears in the foam.
- Serve with a sweetener to taste.
