Ukrainian organic producers are preparing to participate in ANUGA 2025

Anuga is one of the world’s largest international trade fairs for food and beverages and is the industry’s leading event with almost 100 years of history. The trade fair is held every 2 years at the Koelnmesse exhibition centre in Cologne, Germany, and is a platform for finding business partners from all over the world and making new professional contacts.

In 2023, the exhibition gathered over 7,900 companies from 188 countries, surpassing the figures of previous years. This year, the exhibition takes place from October 4 to 8.

This year, 7 organic exporters will present their export potential within the National Stand of Ukraine:
  1. Brain Box LLC (TM Hroom Room), Poltava region: tomato chips and grissini, onion crispbread;
  2. Catanzaro Eurazia, LLC (TM Alta Kraina), Odesa region: frozen and freeze-dried berries (raspberry, strawberry, bilberry, blackberry, lingonberry, elderberry), apple and grape juices concentrated;
  3. DPK “WAIZ”, LLC (ТМ Dear Baby), Dnipropetrovsk region: children’s breakfast cereals, snacks, cereals;
  4. Organic Milk, LLC, Zhytomyr region: milk and dairy products (kefir, sour cream, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese, butter, yoghurt, hard cheese, curd mass with vanilla, etc.);
  5. Panfruit Ukraine, LLC, Kyiv city: freeze-dried berries (raspberry, strawberry, bilberry, blueberry, melon, watermelon), fruits (peach, nectarine, plum, apple) and vegetables (zucchini, beetroot, sweet potato, sweetcorn);
  6. Terra LLC, Kharkiv region: instant porridges and soups, oat, millet, buckwheat, pea flakes and groats;
  7. Sofia Nuts, LLC, Cherkasy region: walnuts.

This year, the Ukrainian Berries Association is organizing two collective National Stands of Ukraine — for processed and frozen products — which will also feature organic producers:

13 Ukrainian exporters participating in the exhibition will showcase their organic products in the innovatively designed Anuga Organic Supermarket area, styled as a modern organic supermarket.


Organic products have also been included in the Anuga Taste Innovation Show program – a prestigious platform for presenting the latest products and trends. Among them:

  • 4 products from Brain Box LLC (TM Hroom Room): beetroot chips, cinnamon snack sticks, crispbreads with tomato, and grissini with mushrooms.
  • 5 products from Panfruit Ukraine, LLC: пreen Olives Crunch – freeze-dried and crunchy ice cream in four flavors – chocolate, plombir, strawberry, and blueberry-blackberry. “Crunchy Ice Cream – Blueberry & Blackberry” was ranked among the Top 10 innovations of the year.

On October 5, 2025, within the conference program of Anuga on the Organic Stage, a dedicated session “Ukraine on the Global Organic Map” will take place, presented by the State Institution “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office”. More information.


As part of the international food exhibition ANUGA 2025, a seminar “Ukraine’s Dairy Sector: Strengthening Resilience, Sustainable Development and European Integration” will take place on 6 October 2025, 15:30–18:30 CET. The event will feature a presentation by Olena Stretovych, CEO of Organic Milk LLC, on the topic “Organic Milk in Ukraine: Current Trends and Opportunities.”

The seminar is part of the AgriResilience initiative, led by IFC in partnership with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and supported by the Government of the United Kingdom. The initiative aims to strengthen sustainable and resilient food ecosystems in Ukraine and in Central and Eastern European countries, with a focus on mobilizing private sector investment in agribusiness that adapts to transformative changes.

Organizers: International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), in partnership with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Government of the United Kingdom, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB). The event is supported by the Ukrainian Export Alliance and the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine.
