In September 2023, Ukraine will join the celebration of the EU Organic Day for the second time aiming at European integration, implementation of the European Green Deal in Ukraine, raising awareness about organic products, and contributing to the key role of organic agriculture in transition to sustainable production and consumption in Ukraine.
Conference “Organic Day in Ukraine” will be held in a hybrid format, so that participants can attend the event either in person in Kyiv or online (Zoom).
The event is important as evidence that Ukraine celebrates the Organic Day together with the EU and makes efforts to implement the European Green Deal in Ukraine.
During the event the participants will be able to:
- Learn the latest news and analysis of the Ukrainian organic sector, including the news of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
- Listen to the valuable new analytics on the current state of the organic market from leading experts
- Participate in a discussion panel with organic producers and leading retailers dedicated to trade and promotion of organic products on the domestic market of Ukraine.
- Award the first organic operators certified under the Ukrainian organic law.
