Favorite Food&Drinks — is the only independent international tasting competition in Ukraine. The commission is formed of specialists from industry associations, institutes and unions, and also departments of quality of retail and restaurant business.
The contest is conducted on an evaluative basis (non-competitive) by a «blind» evaluation of organoleptic properties of food and drinks in 23 nominations.
A separate nomination — organic food and drinks.
Producers and processors of organic products and drinks are invited to participate. In particular, the competition is open for processed fruit and vegetable products, dairy products, cheese, meat, fish, bakery, sweets, groats, flour, spices, snacks, nuts, seeds, honey and other processed products.
The participation in Favorite Food&Drinks allows producers to:
- get an independent professional evaluation of organoleptic properties of products and raw materials for their production;
- demonstrate to consumers and business partners the advantages of products;
- increase the value and added cost of products;
- make the products on the shelves of retail chains recognizable for consumers;
- strengthen the competitive position of the company on the market.
Please send applications for participation by January 21, 2021. Products are to be received during January 21-25, 2021.
The tasting competition Favorite Food&Drinks will take place on January 26, 2021, in the online format and will be broadcasted on social media.
The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of Favorite Food&Drinks will be held on February 8, 2021, in Kyiv, in conformity with all sanitary requirements.
