{"id":13737,"date":"2023-06-20T09:40:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T06:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/organicinfo.ua\/news\/organic-export-2022\/"},"modified":"2023-11-06T18:05:39","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T16:05:39","slug":"organic-export-2022","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/organicinfo.ua\/en\/news\/organic-export-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Organic export \u20132022 results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Today, within the framework of online conference <a href=\"https:\/\/organicinfo.ua\/news\/export-conference-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cUkrainian Organic Export: Challenges and Opportunities<\/a>&#8220;, the data on the total volume of Ukrainian organic exports in 2022 were released.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total export volume amounted to 245,000 tonnes and the value exceeded USD 219 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In spite of the full-scale war, blocked ports and other obstacles, exports fell only slightly compared to 2021, with a drop of less than 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, Ukraine exported organic products to 36 countries, but of course, the blocked sea route affected the geography of exports. The share of exports to the EU increased significantly from 74% in 2021 to 85% in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In total, in 2022 Ukraine exported more than 208,000 tonnes of organic products to the EU worth about USD 184 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key countries that imported Ukrainian organic products in 2022 were the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compared to 2021, the range of organic products decreased, with 67 types of organic products exported.
