24 organic operators will receive support in the frame of phase 3 of the Grant Program \u201cSupport of organic sector in Ukraine\u201d initiated by the Organic Initiative for the total amount of 90\u2019000 CHF (the full list of grant recipients is below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 3rd<\/sup> phase of the Grant Program aimed at supporting organic operators working on or relocated from the liberated territories of Ukraine in the Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv (only oblast (region)), Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson oblasts in accordance with the Order of Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine<\/a> (rayons (districts) were taken into consideration).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 3rd<\/sup> phase of the Grant Program was implemented with the support of Switzerland within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian Program \u201cHigher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine\u201d (QFTP), implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL, Switzerland) in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland), www.qftp.org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total, at the 3rd<\/sup> stage of the Grant Program, 72 applications were considered, and the collection of applications lasted until May 21, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Grant Program was initiated by the Organic Initiative<\/a>, which includes key players of the organic sector of Ukraine. The Organic Initiative joined forces and resources of like-minded people and started its activities in April 2020, it aims to promote the development of the organic market and increase trade with Ukrainian organic products on the domestic and foreign markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Grant Program \u201cSupport of organic sector in Ukraine\u201d\u00a0is administered by the International Charitable Organization \u201cInformation Centre \u201cGreen Dossier\u201d and Lviv City Public Organization \u201cEcoterra\u201d in accordance with the decision of the Organic Initiative and the statutory tasks of the organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
