This is a part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.ec.europa.eu\/farming\/organic-farming\/organic-action-plan_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Action Plan for the development of organic production in the EU<\/a>, adopted by the European Commission on 25 March 2021, aiming to increase the consumption of organic products, expand organic production, improve the sustainability of agriculture and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/food.ec.europa.eu\/horizontal-topics\/farm-fork-strategy_en\" target=\"_blank\">EU Strategy \u201cFrom Farm to Fork\u201d<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/sites\/default\/files\/communication-annex-eu-biodiversity-strategy-2030_en.pdf\">EU Biodiversity Strategy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On September 23, Ukraine will also celebrate the Organic Day together with the European Union<\/strong>, with the aim of European integration, implementation of the European Green Deal in Ukraine, raising awareness about the organic products and promoting the key role of organic agriculture in the transition to sustainable production and consumption in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23.09 from 10:00 to 12:30 (CET) &#8211; Online conference&nbsp;<strong>\u201cOrganic Day in Ukraine\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1rTFDMKYTudGnnsiu3qFUppAG3AYtcQbY\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=102269565309364627643&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\" target=\"_blank\"> Program available by link<\/a><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Presentations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><em>Mr Taras Vysotskyi<\/em><\/strong>, First Deputy Minister, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. <a href=\"https:\/\/organicinfo.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Taras-Vysotskyi_UA-Ministry_23.09.2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The current situation of organic legislation in Ukraine.
