{"id":11137,"date":"2021-09-16T16:56:54","date_gmt":"2021-09-16T13:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/organicinfo.ua\/events\/organic-processing-and-trade-conference2021\/"},"modified":"2021-10-31T11:24:25","modified_gmt":"2021-10-31T09:24:25","slug":"organic-processing-and-trade-conference2021","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/organicinfo.ua\/en\/events\/organic-processing-and-trade-conference2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Organic processing and trade: New generation food"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Organic Processing and Trade Conference is an international event held in Kyiv every autumn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of a new marketing year we analyze the market for ready-to-eat organic food products by volume and value, segment customers and purchasing models, create a competitor portrait, analyze the economic environment in terms of barriers to entry market and valid regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conference the speakers reveal important topics of processing and trade in organic products, share their experiences and their vision on the organic sector and the target markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Every year we choose the main vector around which we form the program of the event. In 2021 the main topic is ORGANIC FOOD FOR KIDS. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We will discuss:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00a0State priorities in the production and circulation of organic food products. The place of organic products in a school nutrition reform.<\/li><li>\u00a0Market analysis of ready-to-eat organic food products. Which of these products can we offer our children today in Ukraine?<\/li><li>\u00a0Tools for stimulating trade in organic products and increasing the circulation of organic food.<\/li><li>\u00a0Do retailers see the need for special positioning of organic food products for children? What issues are faced by educational institutions that have already decided to introduce organic products in school meals for children?<\/li><li>\u00a0International experience: lessons learned from projects in Germany about organic meals at schools.<\/li><li>\u00a0Trends in world nutrition for children.
