Family Welfare
— a cooperative in the Kyiv region that unites about 50 farmers. The main philosophy of the cooperative is based on family values and care about the environment. «Family Welfare» is producing only organic products without any use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It is interesting that at the moment the cooperative was founded, the ground it used had already been free of traditional agriculture for more than 20 years and, therefore, the producer passed organic certification quickly.
The assortment includes cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cabbage, salads and greens, zucchini, melons.
Svitovoch
— (private entrepreneur Marchenko A.M.) a small family farm where vegetables and greens are grown using permaculture principles. The owners of the farm use their own technology of natural plant nutrition and bacterias to protect plants against diseases.
The history of the farm started with traditional agriculture, but later the founders became interested in organic production. In 2016, they got the first organic certificate.
The certificate contained the list of organic products: tomatoes, cucumbers, paper, salads and greens, cabbage of different variety, zucchini, eggplant, potato, carrot, beet, pumpkin, garlic and grape.
Stariy Porytsk
— a modern agricultural company that aims to run and develop organic production. Household’s operations can be divided into two directions: dairy farming and crop production. The use of traditional receipts and control of every production stage allows to guarantee the highest quality and excellent taste of products.
On the internal market, dairy products are mostly represented: sweet butter, hard cheese, pickled cheese, buttermilk, whey, cottage cheese, milk, kefir, yogurt, sour cream, buckwheat groats.
Rud
— (Public Joint-Stock Company «Zhytomyr Butter Plant») the first producer of organic ice cream in Ukraine. During the manufacturing process, only organic milk, sweet butter and sugar are used. The stabilizer that is used during production is safe and allowed in organic production: carob tree natural gum (made from the fruits of the Mediterranean acacia, which grows in Sicily).
The first batch of ice cream was released in 2015 because the producer wanted to keep pace with the times and make it possible for Ukrainians to choose organic.
TM Rud products can be found not only in Ukrainian stores, but the ice cream is also successfully exported abroad.
Liubystok
— the first company in Ukraine that created a range of organic spices. Due to ecological manufacturing, the spices produced by “Lubystok” are rich in minerals and vitamins, are beneficial for health and have a real natural taste and aroma.
Spices are grown in Indonesia under the careful monitoring of specialists, with the use of the latest agricultural technologies and, of course, with care for the environment.
In assortment: a mix of peppers, red chili pepper, black pepper; dried fennel, garlic, oregano, savory, thyme, basil, bay leaf; ready seasonings for chicken and poultry, fish and seafood, universal.
Organic Milk
— the first company on the national market of organic dairy production. Its production chain starts from producing raw materials and ends with the promotion of ready products on the market. It is a domestic enterprise that has absorbed European experience, eco-friendly production culture and the latest technologies.
The “Organic Milk” values are safety, healthiness, eco-friendly aesthetics and agricultural traditions of generations (Drevlian agricultural technologies).
In assortment: milk, kefir, yogurt, butter, sour cream, hard and soft cheese, fermented baked milk, sweet cottage cheese, cream.
Organic Meat
(LLC «Organic meat product») — the production of organic certified products that starts at the farm and ends with the promotion on the market (“from farm to fork”). «Organic meat product» combines traditions of generations, the latest technologies and European experience.
The company’s philosophy is about high-quality, safety and responsibility for the future. The producer sees his mission in the introduction of organic farming and animal husbandry in Ukraine to preserve the land for future generations.
Their range includes pork and beef products, lard products, different types of sausages, meat pâté.
Kozub Product Organic
— a trademark of «Firma Diamant Ltd.», which is a structural unit of «Kozub – product». The first producer of organic flakes in Ukraine, the company started its work in 2013. For the production, only grains cultivated on fertile chernozems of the Poltava region that passed organic certification are used.
The company was many times awarded by national exhibitions with diplomas and medals for the production of high-quality products.
In assortment: buckwheat flakes, oat, pearl, barley, wheat, rye, corn, millet, pea flakes and also mixed flakes for instant preparation; buckwheat groats, pearl barley, barley, wheat, corn, pea groats; buckwheat, oat, rye, pea and wheat flour of different varieties of wheat.
Liqberry
— a company that has been producing unique berry pastes since 2011. The product doesn’t contain any additives. Nothing but berries! The use of ecologically clean berries from Volyn, in combination with the innovative author’s technology, created a unique and healthy product.
Liqberry paste is certified by “Organic standard” and was listed in “100 best products of Ukraine-2015”, awarded by “Golden symbol of quality of national goods and services”, was highly praised at national and international exhibitions in Germany, Japan, UAE, Spain.
Berry pastes: blueberry, cowberry, blackberry, cranberry, chokeberry, strawberry, sea-buckthorn, raspberry.
Ecorod
— a trademark that belongs to LLC «Organic Original». The company was founded in 2011 and it was one of the pioneers on the Ukrainian market of organic production. The products are certified with the European organic certificate and are labelled with the official organic logotype of the European Union — «euroleaf». The «Ecorod» cold-pressed sunflower oil was recognized as the best organic product of the Eastern Europe on the Organic Marketing Forum in 2013, in Warsaw.
According to the European certification rules, the producer has several inspections by the European certification bodies every year, and therefore has high-quality organic products.
Among the products are oils, flour, cereals and legumes, honey, vegetables and exclusive products such as corn sticks.
